Please do not drive on highway 98 or on the pedestrian/bike paths. -Children of car seat age must ride in a car seat using the lap belts on the vehicle -Parking violations must be reported and are the responsibility of the driver -No parking on sidewalks or in landscaping -No parking in Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Watercolor, and Watersound. -No parking in the residential areas of Seaside, only the commercial areas allow carts. -Please enjoy the vehicle safely Failure to operate the vehicle safely and/or properly may result in the removal of the cart and loss of payment.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
